MEETING WITH THE HEAD OF CABINET OF THE MINISTER OF STATE & FOREIGN AFFAIRS

H.E. Ambassador Betty Cherwon held a fruitful meeting with Mr. João Castel-Branco da Silveira, Head of Cabinet of the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Lisbon, Portugal. The discussions covered the upcoming political consultations, pending bilateral instruments, and other areas of Kenya-Portugal bilateral cooperation aimed at further strengthening the cordial relations between the two countries. In attendance was Mr. Leandro Amado, Director Sub-Saharan Africa Department, Ms. Ana Coelho, Deputy Director- General, Foreign Policy & Multilateral Organizations, Ms. Joana Estrela, Adviser to the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs and Ms. Lynette Lokuruka, First Secretary.
