The Annual Summer East African Football Tournament brought together Kenya, Uganda, and Burundi in a vibrant display of unity and friendly rivalry.

Staff of the Kenya Embassy in France joined members of the Kenyan diaspora to cheer the Kenyan team, turning the pitch into a platform for connection. The tournament goes beyond sport — it strengthens cohesion among the East African diaspora community in France and advances Kenya’s cultural diplomacy agenda.

Through sports, we celebrate shared heritage, foster community spirit, and deepen ties among East Africans abroad. The Mission remains committed to engaging the diaspora and leveraging people-to-people diplomacy to advance Kenya’s interests.
