The Inter-ministerial Olympics Committee visited the Embassy and engaged in discussions concerning the country’s preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympics. The delegation was led by Principal Secretary State Department for Sports Eng. Peter Tum and Principal Secretary for  Culture, & Heritage , Ms. Ummi Bashir.

The team was recieved by Amb. Betty Cherwon , Amb. Kasera Achayo, (Deputy head of Mission ) as well as other officers from the Embassy.

Later on , Amb. Betty Cherwon, accompanied by the Kenyan Olympics Technical Team visited  Olympics facilities in St. Dennis, Paris.
