Kenya’s ICJ candidate Prof. Phoebe Okowa, was in Paris on 16th September, 2025 to drum up France’s valued support for her candidature. She had a fruitful meeting with staff of the Embassy and later on with Mr. Diego Colas, Head of Legal Department in the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs accompanied by Ambassador Betty Cherwon. She later engaged staff at the Embassy.
