Amb Betty Cherwon accompanied by Amb. Kasera Achayo hosts Loice Mativo, the current President of Kenyans in France Umbrella Association (KIFUA) at the Kenya Embassy in Paris.
They held discussions on matters concerning the Kenyan Diaspora in France and reminisced on how to broaden the engagements of the Diaspora and the Embassy.
Amb. Cherwon reaffirmed the government’s position that recognizes the immense potential of the Diaspora community in advancing the Bottom-Up Economic Transformative Agenda (BETA) through their unique resources as a unique opportunity to drive Kenya’s sustainable development.
