Kenya and Portugal enjoy robust historical and diplomatic ties rooted in shared values. The Embassy of Kenya in Paris is accredited to Portugal, and in this context, H.E. Ambassador Betty Cherwon held discussions with H.E. Ambassador Francisco Rebiero de Menezes, Ambassador of Portugal to France. Their talks focused on the upcoming high-level visit of the Portuguese Minister of Foreign Affairs to Kenya and Ambassador Cherwon’s visit to Lisbon. These exchanges aim to bolster bilateral cooperation, address outstanding issues, and further strengthen Kenya-Portugal relations. In attendance was First Secretary Ms Lynette Lokuruka.
