Olympics Torch Relay

The Mission led by Amb. Betty Cherwon took part in the Olympic Torch Relay that took place on the 12th of May in the City of Miramas. The Olympic Flame, a symbol of unity, hope and spirit of competition from all people worldwide has commenced its journey across France in build up to the Paris 2024.
Also present during the Olympic Torch Relay were the leadership of NOCK Kenya led by its President Paul Tergat, S.G Francis Mutuku, Governor Wisley Rotich and as well as athlete representatives from Kenya.
This year’s Olympics will take place from July 26, 2024 –August 11, 2024. Kenya will be represented in various sporting categories.
