The State Department for Diaspora Affairs is pleased to announce the upcoming 2nd Jamhuri Diaspora Awards, scheduled to take place on or before 12th December 2025 in Nairobi.
This annual event provides a prestigious platform to celebrate outstanding Kenyans in the diaspora whose achievements inspire and uplift the wider community. It also serves to foster networking, collaboration, and national pride among distinguished members of the Kenyan diaspora worldwide.

By honouring excellence, the Jamhuri Diaspora Awards promote uzalendo, unity, and national pride — while strengthening community representation and development.
The Kenyan Diaspora in France is warmly invited to participate by nominating exemplary individuals in any of the above categories.
Nominations should include:
- A completed nomination form (available below)
- Evidence of the nominee’s achievements
- Any other supporting documentation
