Collection of Documents

Once your documents (passport , birth cerificate, ...) are ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email from the Embassy.

There are three options to collect your documents.

1. To collect your document in person, >>>Book an appointment online
   Please bring:
   - The original receipt
   -Incase you are collecting the new e-passport please bring the following:
            - Old passport
            - Invoice (with tracking number)
2. Should you choose to send someone to collect your document, please book an appointment >>here
   They should bring:
   - An introductory lettter
   - Their identification document
   NB: Kenyan passports should be collected by Kenyan citizens only.

3. Should you choose to use a courier service provider:
   - Download, fill, sign and scan back to us the disclaimer form provided here. >>Download 
   - Send us a self addressed, fully paid and stamped return envelope so that we post the documents back to you. (Kindly use a service that can be tracked eg recommandé, DHL, Chronopost etc)

   - Should you choose to use a  courier / Postage service eg DHL, kindly download the return waybill label and send to us via our  email address: kenyaconsularparis@gmail.com
