The following documents are required
- Application form BDA.1 duly filled >>Download
- Copy of child's birth certificate
- Copy of translated version of child's birth certificate to English.
- Copy of parent(s) Kenyan passport
- Copy of parents Birth Certificates
- Proof of legal stay of parents in their country of residence (must be valid)
- 15€ in cash
- Indicate your contacts on a separate piece of paper.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE DUPLICATE APPLICATION
The following documents are required

- Copy of the old Birth Certificate
- Copy of your Kenyan Passport
- Copy of your Kenyan ID
- Proof of legal stay (resident permit) must be valid
- Indicate your contacts on a separate piece of paper
- 15€ in cash
BIRTH CERTIFICATE LEGALIZATION
