DECLARING DUAL CITIZENSHIP

How to apply

Create an account or login on  https://fns.immigration.go.ke/  
Submit the following documents to the Kenya Emabssy in Paris

  1. eFNS pre-filled, notarized application Form 3 and two processing fee payment receipts.
  2. Three (3) current, clear and un-mounted passport size photographs not less than 6 months 
  3. Copy of Kenyan passport/ or National Identity Card;
  4. Copy of Proof of applicant’s Kenyan citizenship ( For individuals who have regained Kenya Citizenship, to include a copy of the regaining citizenship letter with your application) ;
  5. Copy of the other country’s National Passport;
  6. Copy of certificate of Naturalization/Citizenship. (If not in English, it must be translated into English)
  7. For those whose names have changed, application must be accompanied by supporting documents e.g. copy of marriage certificate if through marriage, and Deed Poll & a Gazette Notice for others;
  8. Copy of birth certificate;

Submit the following documents to the Kenya Emabssy in Paris

  1. eFNS pre-filled application Form 1 and two processing fee payment receipts.
  2. Three(3) current, clear and un-mounted passport size photographs not less than 6 months.
  3. Copy of Kenyan passport previously held;
  4. Copy of National Identity Card previously held;
  5. Copy of birth certificate issued by Government of Kenya at birth;
  6. Copy of the other country’s National Passport;
  7. Copy of the certificate of naturalization/citizenship. If not in English, it should be translated and certified by the Issuing Authority or Notarized with official stamps;
  8. For those whose names have changed, application must be accompanied by supporting documents e.g. copy of marriage certificate if through marriage, and Deed Poll & a Gazette Notice for others;
