The following documents are required

1. Download, fill and sign this form>>Download
2. Original documents to be legalized and copies.
3. Must have been legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs in France.
4. Copy of an Identity card of person requesting the legalization.
5. 15 Euros in cash for each page that is to be legalized.
