POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
Please be informed that all police clearance applications for Kenya citizens and foreigners have been on-boarded to e-citizen.
- Create DCI e-citizen account
- Log in to DCI e-citizen
- Upload the relevant documents proving immigration status - for the period the foreigner resided in Kenya
- DCI will verify the documents
- Make payment through a payment method of choice (visa/mastercard is available)
- Download and print the application form
- Record fingerprints on the printed fingerprint form (C24)
- Attach payment receipt and copy of passport
- Submit to DCI-Kenya through Embassy, High Commission/Consulate for analysis and generation of PCC
- The PCC is computer generated thus will be printed from e-citizen

NOTE: For Kenyans in Portugal
For Kenyans living in Portugal, kindly note you can have your palm and finger impressions taken at a police station near you. To facilitate us do an attestation for you, please send via email (paris@mfa.go.ke) a copy of your passport, Kenyan ID, birth certificate, Portugal resident card, current address and the address of the police station.

Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration. In order to ensure that your application is processed, it is your responsibility to make sure that it is complete and that all required supporting documents are presented or send to the Kenya Embassy in Paris
