- Finger and palm prints to be taken at the Embassy or nearest police station (forms attached)
- Copy of your Kenyan Birth Certificate, passport and ID.
- Copy of your resident card/passport (must be valid)
- Passport size photograph
- Indicate your contacts on a separate piece of paper.
- 20 Euros in cash or via Bank Transfer >>Bank Details
- Translation to French 15 Euros in case 9. For the applications submitted online, in addition to the documents above, please download the automatically generated form and invoice of payment.

NOTE: For Kenyans in Portugal
For Kenyans living in Portugal, kindly note you can have your palm and finger impressions taken at a police station near you. To facilitate us do an attestation for you, please send via email (paris@mfa.go.ke) a copy of your passport, Kenyan ID, birth certificate, Portugal resident card, current address and the address of the police station.

- Copy of your foreigner's certificate while in Kenya
- Passport size photograph
- Indicate your contacts on a separate piece of paper
- 20 Euros in cash or via Bank Transfer >>Bank Details
- Translation to French 15 Euros in cash
