CERTIFICATE OF NO IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE
The following documents are required

- Copy of Kenyan Birth Certificate, ID and passport
- 110 euros in cash
- Copy of passport of the fiancé/future spouse
- Copy of your resident card/visa (Must be valid)
- Translation to French 15 Euros in cash or via Bank Transfer >>Bank Details
CERTIFICAT DE COUTUME
The French authorities ask for "certificat de coutume" which does not exist in the Kenyan law. To apply for this document kindly submit the following:

- Original and copy of "Certificate of no impediment to marriage", if applied through the Embassy in Paris
- Copy of your passport
- A copy of the invoice used for payment (if you applied the document directly from Nairobi)
- 15 Euros in cash or via Bank Transfer >>Bank Details
MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE TRANSLATION

Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration. In order to ensure that your application is processed, it is your responsibility to make sure that it is complete and that all required supporting documents are presented or send to the Kenya Embassy in Paris
